Precautions
1. The pre-treatment must be thorough in removing oil and rust, otherwise it will affect the quality of phosphating.
2. The workpiece must be washed before phosphating to prevent acid radicals from being brought into the phosphating tank and destroying the solution.
3. The workpiece should be shaken up and down after entering the groove to prevent complex porous parts from being phosphated.
4. When using HH315X, the operator should wear protective equipment to avoid contact with skin and eyes.
