How can I apply for a free sample?
You can apply for free samples by contacting us on the "Contact Us" page of our official website (via phone, Whatsapp, WeChat, or email) to explain your needs. We will review your application and arrange a response within 1-3 working days.
How many free samples can each person apply for?
To allow more users to experience the product, each user (with the same name, phone number, or shipping address) is limited to one sample. If you need multiple samples (for example, for team trials), you can contact our customer service to explain the situation, and we will handle it as appropriate based on inventory.
Do I need to pay for the free sample?
The sample itself is completely free of charge. However, in some cases, you may need to bear the shipping fee. The specific details will be clearly informed to you either on the application page or by our customer service when you apply, with no hidden charges.
Are the specifications of the sample the same as the genuine product?
Yes, the sample is identical to the genuine product in terms of material, composition, and quality. However, some products may be "trial-sized" (with a smaller capacity or size, such as 100ml product). The specific specifications will be marked on the application page.
How long will it take to receive the sample after application?
Domestic customers: default to using regular express delivery, additional shipping costs need to be borne by themselves. The delivery time is about 2-4 days. Foreign customers: The shipping cost needs to be borne by the applicant, and customer service will provide a shipping quote after approval. After confirmation, international logistics will be arranged. The delivery time depends on the mode of transportation.
Can I return or exchange the sample if I'm not satisfied?
Since the sample is provided for free, returns or exchanges are not supported for the time being. However, if the sample you receive has quality issues (such as damage or expiration), please take photos and contact our customer service, and we will send you a replacement.
Does the sample provide instructions for use?
TAll free samples can be obtained by contacting customer service for instructions (or videos), including: Core functions of the product (such as strong stain removal ability of degreaser, antioxidant effect of blackening agent) Operating parameters (temperature range: e.g. 20 ° C~80 ° C, dilution ratio: e.g. 2-3 times diluted with water) Usage process (if copper parts turn black, they need to be cleaned on the surface → soaked for 3-5 minutes → removed and dried) Safety precautions (such as industrial grade products not edible, wearing acid and alkali resistant gloves, etc.) If you have any technical questions during use, you can call customer service to consult the technical team.
Can I apply for free samples of multiple products at the same time?
Sure, but it is recommended to apply based on actual testing needs, with no more than 3 types of products per application to avoid resource waste.
