Then add 0.5 kg/m3 reduced iron powder and cook for 30 to 60 minutes. When the solution no longer reacts, check the phosphating liquid index. If the technical index of the solution reaches the specified range, then enter normal phosphating. The phosphating time is 5 to 15 minute.

1. The acid ratio of the solution should be controlled at 5 to 10.
2. Add water when the total acidity is high, and reduce the total acidity by 1 point for every 10kg/m³ of water; if the acid ratio of the working fluid is greater than 6, add ZK-808B liquid, 2.5Kg/M3 ZK-808 B liquid to increase the total acidity by 1 point and The free acidity is 0.3 points; if the acid ratio is less than 6, add ZK-808A liquid, 2Kg/M3 ZK-808A liquid will increase the total acidity by 1 point and the free acidity by 0.2 points;
3. New concentrated liquid needs to be replenished into the tank every day, and the replenishment amount can be quantified according to daily consumption. 4. SO42¯, Cl¯, and Al³+ cannot be brought into the solution to avoid affecting film formation.
