Despite this, according to the aviation industry standard HB5063-1996, when tested with copper sulfate solution, the corrosion resistance is usually below 15 minutes and rarely exceeds 20 minutes. Even the corrosion resistance of high-temperature manganese phosphating is difficult to exceed 30 minutes. Some parts in industry have very high requirements for corrosion resistance when phosphating. For example, automobile clutches, imported brakes, etc. all use phosphating as the last process of rust prevention, and no further painting or oiling is allowed. In this case, it is difficult for ordinary zinc-based phosphating and zinc-calcium phosphating to meet the requirements for corrosion resistance.
This 60℃-80℃ phosphating liquid is suitable for a wide temperature range and has extremely strong corrosion resistance. The maximum dripping time of copper sulfate can reach about 43 minutes, which exceeds the general medium and high temperature phosphating. Moreover, the pre-treatment does not require surface adjustment, the post-treatment does not require passivation or saponification sealing, and does not produce any sediment.
